Partial styling.
What is partial styling?
Partial styling is where you may be living in the property and so we create a blend between what is yours and ours to provide a seamless style, giving your home the SOLD factor.
What is included?
Bedrooms
We may dress your existing bed with our own linen, cushions, throw, artwork and decor. Additional items such as bedsides or lamps may also be recommended if you don't have your own or if we wish to achieve a particular look.
Living areas
We will dress your existing sofa/s with cushions or bring in our own if required. Additional items such as rugs, coffee tables, TV units, artwork and decor may also be recommended to complete the space, or we dress your existing furniture if it works within the styling.
Dining areas
We can either dress your existing dining setting or swap out your chairs and/or table to something more suitable for the space if required. Artwork and additional pieces such as buffet units, rugs, floor plants, etc may be recommended for larger rooms.
Study areas
We can dress your existing study space or style from scratch. We will provide recommendations upon quoting.
Outdoor areas
Let us style your existing outdoor setting/s with cushions and decor to give it an instant lift or we can bring in our own settings if required.
Extras
We also style the entry-way with artwork and hall table if required. Bathrooms and laundry are styled with towels and decor and the kitchen will be styled with decor and bar stools where required. This also includes mud rooms, butler's pantrys, etc.
Can we use any of the furniture once it is in?
Our furniture is for display purposes only. Therefore our sofas are unable to be used/sat on and our linen is to be placed into the linen bags provided on your own beds we have dressed. If we have supplied beds and/or mattresses, these are not to be slept on. Our team can also supply bags for cushions and throws to be placed between opens where required. This allows us to maintain high quality furniture with minimal wear.
