What is full styling?
Full styling is where we turn a vacant, empty property into a fully furnished home ready to present to market.
What is included?
Bedrooms
Bed, linen, cushions, throw, bedsides, lamps, artwork, decor and any additional pieces required such as rugs, armchairs, etc for larger rooms.
Living areas
Sofa/s, armchairs (if required), rug, coffee table, side table, TV unit (if required), floor plant and/or floor lamp, artwork, decor and any additional pieces that may be required.
Dining areas
Dining or meals table, dining chairs, artwork, decor and any additional pieces required such as rugs, buffet units, etc for larger rooms.
Study areas
Desk, chair, rug, artwork, decor and any additional pieces required for larger rooms.
Outdoor areas
Standard outdoor dining and/or lounge settings, bistro settings if required.
Extras
We also style the entry-way with artwork and hall table if required. Bathrooms and laundry are styled with towels and decor and the kitchen will be styled with decor and bar stools where required. This also includes mud rooms, butler's pantrys, etc.
Can we have just part of the home styled?
Absolutely! We offer tailored packages to suit a variety of budgets. You may choose to style only the master bedroom and the living areas. Our stylists can help you determine where the styling is most beneficial to create your own styling package.
