What is the difference between partial styling and full styling?
Partial styling is where we style a partially furnished home. If you're still living in the home for example, we style your existing beds, sofas, etc and provide additional furniture pieces, decor and soft furnishings to create a cohesive style to elevate your property for market.
How long do we have the furniture for?
Our standard hire period is up to six weeks, with the opportunity to extend thereafter if you require, charged at 15% of the total hire fee per week. We do also offer custom hire periods for other services including one day photoshoot hire and long term hire for display homes.
What areas do you service?
We service all of Adelaide including areas outside of Adelaide Metro.
How much notice do I need to give before booking in my staging?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you have decided to sell your home to ensure ample time to meet on site for a walk-through, providing any pre-sale advice where necessary and time to set aside and source the right pieces to provide the best possible styling outcome for the property. As a general rule, we book approximately 2-3 weeks in advance.
What happens if my home sells before the end of the hire term?
A big congratulations! We will then coordinate an appropriate time to schedule collection with you or your agent. We do not offer a deduction in fee for a job well done!
What do I need to do before you stage my home?
It is important to ensure all works have been completed and trades are not on site to allow for a safe and seamless installation. Ensure the property is clean and ready to style. Any furniture which needs to be moved must be done prior to our team arriving on site. We cannot move your personal furniture.
How long does the styling installation take?
Our team work efficiently and will complete your home style within 2-3 hours. Collection generally takes less time, approximately 1-2 hours.
Do we get to see what is selected before it goes in?
Our stylists are experts in what they create when styling a home. As our stock changes daily, pieces are selected on the day of installation and carefully curated to elevate the home and its existing fixtures and fittings. We do encourage you to inform us of any looks you'd like us to achieve including preferences of furniture colours, etc and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Can we live in the property once it's styled?
You are not permitted to live in the property following a full styling installation. However, if we have provided a partial style, you may still live in the property utilising only your own furniture. Our furniture is for display purposes only and is not to be used in any way. Failure to adhere to our terms and conditions may result in fees being charged.
What are your payment terms?
Our general payment terms are 50% deposit upon booking, with the remainder due following the installation. We do accept third party payments including Campaign Agent, Realty Assist and similar. Payment at settlement can be negotiated for an additional fee.
